Refund policy
As a small business, we ask that you make thoughtful purchases to avoid the need to return anything. However, we want you to be entirely happy with your pottery. We therefore have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@kltdesigns.co.uk. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 45A Woodlands Road, Reading, RG4 9TD (this is a private address). Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
The cost of return shipping is your responsibility. Please insure your package and send it via a Tracked service as the package is your responsibility until I receive it. I will issue a full refund for the cost of the item. However, I am unable to refund shipping costs.
Please note international sales are considered final and are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless there is a fault with your piece.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
