Do you offer local pickup?
Yes! If you're nearby, I offer free local pickup from 45A Woodlands Road, Sonning Common, Reading, RG4 9TD. Please select this option at checkout.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your package’s journey to your doorstep.
What if I’m not home when my order is delivered?
If you’re not available to receive your package, the carrier will typically leave it in a safe place or follow their standard procedure (e.g., leaving a note for pickup). Please check your tracking details for more information.
Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us immediately. Once your order has been shipped, we may not be able to modify the address.
Can I cancel or modify my order after it’s placed?
If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request if your order hasn’t already been processed or shipped.
Do you offer gift wrapping or gift options?
While we do not currently offer gift wrapping, we are happy to help make your order gift-ready! We do not include invoices or pricing information in any of our packages, so you can send your order directly to the recipient by entering their address at checkout. Additionally, you can include a personalized gift message during checkout, and we’ll handwrite it on a card to accompany your order. Let us help you make your gift extra special!
What packaging do you use?
We carefully package your handmade ceramics to ensure they arrive safely. Each item is wrapped in protective materials and shipped in sturdy boxes. To stay sustainable, any bubble wrap or packing peanuts used are re-used.
What if my order arrives damaged?
In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Claims must be made within 14 days of delivery.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship internationally! Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, taxes, or import duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Do you ship to the EU?
Due to the implementation of new General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR) rules by the EU, I regret to announce that my shop will close indefinitely to customers in the EU and Northern Ireland from 13th December 2024.
Navigating these changes has been challenging, with limited guidance for small businesses. I am hopeful that solutions will emerge in the future, and I will closely monitor updates.
Until then, I want to thank my EU and NI customers for your incredible support. Thank you for your understanding, and I hope to be able to serve you again soon.
Will I have to pay customs fees or import duties?
For international orders, customs fees, taxes, or import duties may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost or product price.
